01
Where the meaning changes on the way down
Which layer, which words, and why nobody in the room can see it happening.
02
How to find out what arrived
Without a survey, and without asking anybody whether they understood.

Live, with time for your questions.

Leonardo Zangrando spent over twenty years in corporate strategy consulting, working with boards and executive teams across Europe. Julia Dhar and her colleagues at BCG put an undescribed change to six thousand people in a dozen countries, a thousand executives and five thousand everybody else. Seventy per cent of the executives felt positive about a change they knew nothing about. Fewer than half of everybody else did. Reported on HBR IdeaCast, alongside The False Alignment Trap, Harvard Business Review, July 2026.
